WTS The Raffle Island!!!! UNREAL!!!

I am considering offers on the biggest and best item/property available in game, Which is the Raffle island.
The owner of the island can hold as many houses that are "available" to be placed.
So, That being said, Any amount of housing on the island can be controlled and owned under one account.
As well, Shane placed the Auction house on the island. The auction house has a potential of earning 1-4 mil per week in revenue, if and when some one decided to get it up and running.
I will add photos and more info about the island, as well a link to the original post that explains the perks and bonuses of the island.
I must state, The potential for the island is endless. As well..... This is the biggest item and piece of land that can be owned by one single account in the game. Sooo.... that being said i expect to set all and every record for most and biggest amount paid for a single item.
FYI.... If you post a low ball offer or derail this thread, your posts will be removed because of the importants and value of said island this post will be well watched by the admins. So be real on your offers. This is no joke.

What does that mean? I was under the impression the owner of the island had total control of housing. Is this not true?

Only has control of placing houses. You can't drop a house someone else owns.

Why would someone want to buy an island full of houses inhibited by people who are definitely not gonna drop them? Serious question.

I mean if the island was empty it'd be worth 100m+ but as it is now I'd offer 10m?

There is currently 6 houses placed on the island. The owner of the island can still place 6 houses and HOLD THEM ALL WITH 1 ACCOUNT.
1 spot holds a 30x30 plot, 6 18x18's and many more.... The houses currently in game will fall some day and they will not be able to replace them.
Iv also heard rumors that in active houses for long periods of time maybe getting dropped to benefit the growth of the server.
