Not necessarily, I've seen secluded houses 5-6 screens away, and sell threads with secluded locations, and I would imagine there would be plenty where the neighbors are never online, which is pretty much what that was about. Well whatever, I just b/o'd on a 13x18 and placed a 9x11 a few days...
Prefer plot over classic, the closer to 18x18 the better. Location has to be close to mining and prefer one thats close to the sea. Any ankhs/healers is plus but location is the bigger factor.
