A low cap would work surely with the amount going from 60gp to 500gp per day max. 500gp being when you have high end items on. I came back after not playing for a while and it did take a bit of searching to find very basic stuff. Seems like a lot of people are put off due to the tax

Without the tax players could use vendors as storage. A cap on the fee would be good though as the fee can be crazy high
