I'm trying to dig up an expert T-map, I'm at the correct spot that UOAM shows I should be and I'm getting the message - You can't mine there. No matter where I click, I have 73 cartography and 92 lockpicking, do I need mining skill to dig up? I thought you only got a wider dig bonus with mining...
