Having Problems Starting Client

I did the full download, and now when I click on the UOF shortcut, I get a popup saying "Razor was unable to locate and load a suitable UO cliloc file. some text may not be displayed. I get that popup three times then it says "Unable to launch the client specified. (ERROR: UNKNOWN_ERROR) TwoD: -null-"

I have no idea what is going on. please help.

When you launch razor, the "auto detect" for file locations doesn't always work so you have to manually browse for the uo client and data folder (2nd drop down box for UO Data Directory)
