I hear ya man. Only been back a lil over 4 months myself, but must say housing is going to be damn lucrative soon. The guild I am with is a bunch of old school friends back when we were on Catskills. Very cool people. They supplied my current main crib which I have sunk another 350k into making the value around about 500-550k. Its just a log cabin but upgraded to 3 stories, with all the bells and whistles. After amassing enough cash we found a spot to throw up a villa, nothing fancy, but a second home for storage and what not. The site is growing, which is great. The down side for new folks is land WILL run out, unless the team implements new lands. Other than letting friends use the villa for storage, I am just sitting on it. I am guessing in time it will sell for far more than the initial cost.
