Pretty crappy attitude in general. What was your issues? Did you attempt to post on the forums for answers? did you attempt to join the chat for answers? Was anything really attempted here?

Yeah any guild you join and immediately and repeatedly start abrasively asking questions, your gonna find yourself on the way out pretty quick.

I did post a question in newbie forum one guy answered that was cool. I just don't want to have to come to these forums all the time. A mmorpg should have people engaged not ignored for days on end

It wasn't the principle i didnt have answers to my silly questions, it's that I met such dead uncaring silence for two days and it made me angry. Those were just some questions I had, I couldn't really get any engagement in any way

People just don't care, except the one counselor guy I seen.

Btw way I wasn't pestering questions I would ask every so often understanding people are busy but you'd think in two days someone would attempt to respond to me even if its " I don't know "

Also I don't use chat programs, I play to play not alt tab all the time.

I can GUARANTEE you that if you had paged staff with questions I or another seer would have answered them. Also if I felt like you needed more help I likely would have referred a Companion on it as well. I have felt the need to do that before. The Companions and staff help new players on a regular basis.
