Cannot create a new account

Have been trying for 3 days to create a second account....but it keeps telling me it "cannot communicate with Origin"
Any clue as to what I should try?
I've downloaded everything fresh and still....notta
Only have ONE account soooo....

I think 'cannot communicate with Origin' is more of an EA specific message.
Be sure you're opening UO via the UOF desktop icon and not the original UO icon.

Using Razor....so that's what I am opening from

Login to your regular account then logout. Then type the new account name and logon. Should work.
