Custom House Question

So I am thinking about selling a custom house.
If I remove the three floors of walls all the different custom additions, do I get that cash back? a portion?
I removed a single teleport and it charged me 10k.
So I am asking if there is a certain process to follow, or do I just sell it with the walls up?

You get the money back if you remove the customizations (in full), but you are charged 10k every time you make a customization, whether you are adding or removing something.
