nah, i can get back in, except that they are downsizing the military cutting into soldiers schooling funds, either they get g.i bill OR ta. such bs, but at that note they cant let me because of my medical discharge as well as my re code is 3 lol. so yeah

You would have never had time to do TA while in anyways. Unless you had like a supply job or something like that. When I was in, you were pretty much home for a year training, then deployed for a year, then home for a year, then deployed for a year. Rinse and repeat. The recruiters all got us on that one. Maybe now that the wars are "over" there would be time for TA, but I doubt it.

Shore leave? I shoulda went Navy. The only "world" I saw were the shit smelling slums of Mosul and Tal Afar. They're liars! Damn recruiters lol. I got a few buddies that went Navy and had a blast hanging out in Asia. My ex wife is Asian so I had a thing for them back in those days. lol
