People have been jacking up the price on this because some players want a 720 skill cap to be used with skills other than those which the PS is meant for. I bought one for 350k recently. It is up to the seller and who might want one. If someone simply wants one and is willing to pay a lot so that he or she gets it before anyone else does, you might be able to get 500k (I've been told some people have actually payed this much). I'd advertise it for 350k and slowly drop the price by 25k increments if you get no buyers.

I agree with Tydeus. I sold my last one for 350k, and that seems to be the average if not high end value. If you manage to sell it for 500k then you are a trade god and I will praise you.
