Is stealing working better then it should? came across 10/20 mobs this morning, which had no gold at all on them? maybe a theif steals all gold in one use/some how prioroties gold?

Just looks like a thief made a run through your hunting spot. Came across an empty Titan in Despise this morning too. He was out of place as well so he must have been kited away while being pick-pocketed.

You can raise your stealing level this way while making some gold

It takes multiple steals to steal all of the gold off a titan. It's really quite tedious. The thief that made his rounds earned it. There's no mechanic abuse here. That is a perfectly legal form of stealing.

some mobs drop gold and stuff on death.. so stealing wouldn't work on those items.
