rdas drop a PS 100% and you need 5 of these to spawn an RDA. If you think about how the PS drop rate is basically like 99% of the time value is less than 50K, you might think the portal fragment is worth around 10k. But, theres also a chance at a relic drop every RDA (and a very tiny chance that a dragon egg from a random RDA) so that would bring the value up a bit. I would estimate that there's around a 5% chance at a relic drop and around a 3.3333% chance at a dragon egg from a random RDA. Plus all the loot from the mobs in the RDA divided by the time spent doing the RDA. Basically, these are worth shit. Or, around 100k.
