How much do people sell boards and ingots for? Suppose I had 10,000 boards and 10,000 ingots, are we talking 2 gold each? 4 gold each? I've never tried selling bulk resources before and so i'm wondering.

So, I think i'm all patched up because I see the treasure chest - But I saw the screenshot of Trinsic with all of its decorations, But I only see Trinsic like this, Am I missing an update or something?

Idea: Let us place deed items near the doors in our homes. Why: It makes it easier for us to decorate our homes the way we want them.

How about taking those unused and undeveloped (but always refreshed) houses away from those players after a certain time period? I'm not talking about ugly or badly designed houses, i'm only talking about the empty plots that have been unused for months and even years that are just taking up space.

I demolished my house (because I moved to another location) and the spot is currently free. Here is the picture of the plot and it's location on Hyloth Island near that shrine. It can fit at least a 3 story 14x12 plot. Edit; This is what I did with it before I demolished it.

Wasn't there a map editor thing that we could use in order to experiment with making buildings and dungeons? I remember it was being used during a boat dungeon contest that was won by Yoar. If It still exsists I want to use it to experiment with designing houses.

I'm looking to buy a boat for around 20k, I checked the prices in town and the lowest I saw was 35k.
