How this logic could work fine in Ultima Online? For me just limit new players to start doing pvp, turning the game more item based and again unbalancing the fights against blue players (which they will always exists and right now are screwed up). Wands for everyone or nobody

Also if it passed a lot of time, I wish to say thank you to STAFF and members who coded this Dungeon it really fit the theme. Spawns are perfect, the event was really funny and for myself it's really a good add to the server and a great satisfation on playing here. Again GREAT JOB.
