I started UOF form my 2nd Computer. First menus all there. At the second day, the Problem like on the other Computer. Please help.

I uninstalled it, but got problems. I think there are some rests of the programm, because, after an new installation, it has still my account name in the menu. Does anyone know, what parts I have to delete from hand. I want to install an english version, now. THX
