2 Houses on One Account

I bought a small house when I first joined the server as it was all I could afford at the time. Now, I'd like to upgrade If I place a 2nd house and my first one becomes "condemned" does it fall over immedately or is there some kind of grace period before it falls? I'm just wondering if I'd have enough time to move all my stuff :/

There is no condemned, it won't let you place a house on an account that already has a house.
