My guess is that the bloodstained cloth is an EA addition. The problem is that not all of the items are nearly as bloodstained as others.
For example, I spent 11 yards at the crafter area to make a cloak, thinking it would be COVERED in blood similar to the robe @Seek made as seen here
However, there is not a single speckle of blood on the cloak when worn. The only speckle of blood that is on the cloak is only visible when the cloak is in inventory. Nothing on the paperdoll, nothing on the map.

Anyways, truly this is an EA blunder and I'm not too depressed over it, my hope is that I will be able to get refunded for the cloak since it's basically on par with NPC cloth lol. This costed 11 yards at the crafter area. Such a waste
