Could anyone tell me how to increase FPS in display? I mean the possibility to make the picture in the game more smoothly while moving.

The player in that video is using a client called Sallos. There are links in the forums for installing it to work for this server. You may have to find someone that has gone through the process to help with getting the basics started but it what a lot of PvPers use.
