GM Inscription Increasing Stat Buff Times?

Increased (up to double) duration on Bless, Agility, Cunning, Strength with GM Inscription. Possibly also reducing duration for debuffs cast on you by up to half. Or increasing duration for debuffs you cast on other people!

Nice perk for Inscription and a possible push into a group support role.
