I have run into some financial difficulty on UOF and I'm need to come up with some fast gold so, I am having to let go of my beloved vendor house. Its in a high traffic area and Its a great location. I'm not selling the shop as a plot but instead, I am selling it fully built. I have removed my vendors are there are still a few from current vendors that I have yet to read. I am asking 750k but any REASONABLE offer would be considered.
