I have a singing crystal ball recipe what do I need or do you need too accomplish this task? Thanks in advance!

You need a lot. You'll need someone with 110 BS and 105 tinkering or higher to consume the recipe scroll if they haven't already. That will give them the recipe when they use a soul forge. You only need to have access to someone else's forge you don't have to do the quest yourself.
Then you'll need the following ingredients:
a cracked crystal ball (champ drop) costs about 100-150k
100 sand cost a few hundred gp per I think
50 seer's powder (evil mage lord drop) cost about 15k per
The end result is badass, however. One of the neater deco items in the game IMO. Fancy graphic crystal ball that plays random audio files from the game. Literally any sound file. Mosters, animals, humans, spells, doors, containers, you name it.
Seer's powder is in the middle of the table there.
