Item from player vendor too heavy, gold disappears.

I tried to buy a stack of 5k ingots for 35k from a player vendor, but I didn't realize at the time it would be more than I could carry. The vendor said they credited my account and that I should come back when I have room in my pack. Stupidly, I tried to buy them twice. When I get back to the bank, the 39k or so in my account is gone and I have no ingots.

This is really disappointing, as I don't know what happened to my gold and I have no ingots

say balance
the gold is in your bank, just not visible, as it is stored as credit

to withdraw the credited amouunt, simply make a check for the total balance then cash it
