I have a HP with win 10 4 gig ram, intel celeron cpu n3050 @1.60GHz 64 bit even with it hard wired it seems laggy and choppy. What settings should I mess with to make this smooth and play able. My internet is not the issue.

are you running sallos, razor, or steam? in theory it should still play it ok. but that is a WEAK cpu. try going into task manager and shutting down any cpu intensive apps/programs running in the background
