PC on this water front castle

i'm just looking for a rough estimate on the price of this castle on the right. it has a nice garden just off the west wall and just west of that is the black or charcoal raffle castle. and just to the right or east side of the castle is another castle

I like it because you could lock stuff down and make it look like its in the garden.
