UP for platemail and staff can add pigments (like tokuno) to dye actual sets phoenix is shitty color

Haha thanks for the reply @Kraden ! Was thinking they would work as a balance if blessed but only as much ar as like iron plate so if phylactery tali guys use it, they are gonna have to take an exp hit at the cost of blessed but lower AR.
