Skill scroll bug -- not giving full amount?[Photo Evidence]

Hey, I used a couple skill scrolls today for lock picking. They didn't give the full 1.0 points as promised but instead took me from 95.0(real) to 96.7(real).

Here's a picture. You can see the first scroll actually says that it gave 0.9% in the log.

Hey, I used a couple skill scrolls today for lock picking. They didn't give the full 1.0 points as promised but instead took me from 95.0(real) to 96.7(real).

Here's a picture. You can see the first scroll actually says that it gave 0.9% in the log.

You were at 94.7 real not 95. The first scroll raised you one full point and closed the gap between real and shown by .1 making it seem like you only gained .9 but you got the full point.

When training lp you will stop gaining at 95 shown and 94.7 real.
