Stuck at creating character

I can make a premade blacksmith and log in, however if I go with the custom character I get to creating character and the game freezes.
This is my second character on the account. This is my first account.
Wife is having the exact same issue. One account. One character.
Searched the forums and all the others asking this question ended in. Do you have more than 3 accounts or is it your fourth character.

that or make sure you are opening the client as an admin on your computer. that or you tried doing it during a world save and you need to try again.

hate when that happens as I try to log in, always makes me think the server went down and is restarting, lol.

Make sure you are using the Classic Client.

That's true. If you were here for a big revert when only 2 accts were allowed you can have 4 per on those 2 accts and 3 on the 3rd. Past that 3 per acct unless you buy the 1m gold sink char slot tokens.
