Heh. I'm not sure I would even if it were an option but they test on-site, make us strip our FRC's off now, heat/temperature strips on the sample bottle etc.
Not like it matters because no one in their right mind would just carry piss on their person all day every day just in case they get pulled (you get escorted straight to the dispensary)

My former employee put in a no smoking policy too. How is that even legal?
How can they demand you not do something legal on your time off?
I would love to see someone challenge those stupid policies. I get no smoking on work property or even on the job if they wan't to be less than smart, but, to say you can't smoke at all is crazy. They test people before they are hired, like for drugs. Nuts.

I worked for a small business owner that allowed breaks obviously, but not smoking. I would have raised hell or found work elsewhere if the owner wasn't really good to me in every other facet of employment. Pretty sure that's bordering on illegal, but whatever.

My employee handbook has a section for drugs that actually says that we are allowed to use drugs and\or alcohol as long as we don't possess it at work or on shift, we can't sell it while on shift, and we have to stop using at least 4 hours prior to our shift and we can be tested if they have a reason to, like if we get in a car accident while on shift with a client and be fired..
