What taming skill do I need to bond them? What can/can't two of them kill/?

i waited till 80 and they were pretty easy to tame by then. I went to dragon isle, run around the outer edges till you find a young, lure him to you, and make sure you keep a para ready for when he gets to the spot you want (unless he's in range of you, then be ready to heal yourself). You can get off one tame, sometimes 2 if you have the timing perfect, on a single paralyze. Para, tame, have either another para or a heal qued up. I tamed about 10 of them, and kept the top 4. Very top 2 I put in stable and fed to get bonding going. Took the other two out to get used to having big pets.
