Custom Housing

Custom Houses can be created with a House Placement Tool, obtainable from your local Architect inside of your favorite city.

After a custom house is placed, you will only see the foundation of the house, or otherwise as it is known, the plot. A custom house plot can be customized so as to build a house of your design. There are a couple of house building rules, however to simplify, if you place a wall or building item where it cannot belong, it will appear orange or red. Each time you customize and submit a new design for your house it costs gold. This gold is taken directly from your bank and must be there before any customizations can be saved. There is a 10,000gp fee for each customization that is not refunded nor adds to the value of the home. Each tile of customization is equivalent to 500gp, which as you can see can add up very quickly. The more intricate the house design, the more it will cost.

When taking down, demolishing, or re-deeding, a custom house the owner will receive a refund for the full cost of the plot itself as well as the customizations that have been done.
