Thanks for free bump, but X-Roads to me is that building near desert connecting 3 roads. Always been that!

Maybe you are thinking of that Yew-Brit-Skara XR, which is not known as "X-Roads" (since it doesn't have that huge building, or that large green area) at least by some EU players. Perhaps its just different way of thinking like US vs EU.
