How 1 tamer can kill lord abyss paragon?

Correct, which I forgot to specify.

But fire fields don't really do anything but add a little DPS and pull aggro. You can't interrupt spawn casting.

I'm not sure about that. I could be wrong, but I have the very neat impression that titans and balrons do a LOT less damage when under fire field, or when I run with double mare and ice worm, which attack really fast.

They dont do less damage they do less damage per second because fields help disrupts their casts, and yeah those do attack faster. All about what you want

This is what I thought but @Bromista is saying you can't interrupt their spellcast. I'd be very surprised cause I really feel like they don't do damage. I can tank titan para easy with just a mare that isn't fully trained yet with my 3 pets and fire field. I mean, the mare almost doesnt take dmg, except a flamestrike from time to time.

Mobs are immune to interruption (with the exception of mobs that actually show the words to cast) however any mob you can poison you can use poison field to ensure they are caring cure every second spell thus effectively lowering their dps.

Ice worms poison like motherfuckers.

It could either be that I am wrong about disrupts (pretty sure it's not possible to disrupt spawn) or that it's just a perception based on variation of stats.

Some wyrms/balrons are motherfuckers and some are as soft as butter. Pretty big swing between mim and max stats on these puppies, it could just be a perception thing.

Could be! I didn't bother using fire field when I farmed only with drag/ww or double ww but now that I have my mare thank mobs I started to focus a lot on that and I thought it took more dmg under fire field, but as you said, I also use the worm so... yeah. Buuut I really feel titans and lich lords and other lower level caster mobs don't cast much.

Ice worms poison like motherfuckers. .

Can you tame Ice Worms on this shard? I've tried and it tells me "That animal can not be tamed." Granted i'm only 80 taming however i assumed it would give me the no-chance message if it was tamable?

For my char with 80 taming I've been using 2 Young Dragons and a Scorpion (i did want a worm tho).. He does a minimum GP, constantly throwing out DP tho. Every now and then will hit with Lethal. Never had to use a poison field to kill anything as they are constantly hit with poison from the scorpion, at GM Wrestling/Poisoning he rarely misses.

Pretty sure they are cause ive seen people rolling with em

Are we talking about the "a giant ice serpent"? I just went to the WW spot and its said its not tamable. Used lore it on and it says can only lore Tamed or Tamable pets.

Or is there another ice worm spot? Wouldn't mind getting one

So, Funny story about Balron Paragons. Right after I bonded my first Drag and WW I was down farming in Fire level 1. I ran across a fellow guild mate with his pets, he tells me there is a Balron Paragon just up ahead and that he and another tamer had killed one earlier so he is sure we can do it. I had not farmed Fire much so I had no idea of the spawn, I also had not fought many Balrons at this point, but I decided hey I'm a tamer now I can kill anything.

anyways, we put our pets on in and within seconds my dragon is dead, followed quickly by my WW. at this point my guild mate is like "shit get out." and he recalls, I die and yea the Balron was never slain by us.

Now that I know more about the spawn I know exactly what happened, what we had taken for a simple Balron Paragon was actually a Shadow Balron Paragon. a completely different level of monster. I do have to wonder if anyone has ever killed one of these without a large number of MOBs to provo it on.

I'm sure @Bromista or @FAMARA has done it, but all I know is that thing killed my dragon before I got a single aid off on it. I haven't fought another of these since but now that I'm less new to taming I wanna give it a shot.

any way sorry for the tangent. carry on.

2 Man'd... Well 2 personed, me and a girl i play with, no provo juss mage n pets... And she rarely even plays tamer.

im guessing you didn't read what I was talking about. Akor is easy compared to a Shadow balron paragon. but good job.
Your kidding right? I had way more trouble with Akor... us 2 could heal through shadowbalron with vet/curing poison immediately and the odd time one of us would full manadump gheals... Akor pets died left right and centre (3 pets total lol...)

Afterthought...

SBP long and sustained fight...
Akor spikey as shit...
