Anywhere left to place just a small house?

I've looked around for hours and I'm wondering if it's a futile endeavor . I'd rather not waste any more time doing this if there is no space available. If anyone has a small house for sale or knows where I can place one, I'm looking.

take a look along the coast, west of minoc
usually a couple hard to see plots around there are open ^^

For anyone else there's a spot just northeastish of yew crypts right by road

I had placed custom 7x8 but refunded to buy a small tower elsewhere couldn't be bothered to customize it heh

Lots of spawn though gargoyles ettins ogres gazers just south of spot lots of animals
