On my humble travels a friend alerted me to the possible demolition of a couple of houses in this area (thanks LoG!). Upon finding the area the dust was just settling so a friend and I quickly constructed this mountain side 18x18 plot.

I won't ramble on about the benefits of the area, instead I'll sum them up with bullet points.

  • On grass that was been properly cared for and trimmed daily by Wilson the greenskeeper.
  • No spawn to annoy you and attack your visitors
  • Mining on your doorstep (you never know, there could be a val spot right there)
  • If you faction, you have a big safe home to help defend the Minax base
  • It's not a huge run from Skara (just NW from the map) so if you're stuck pvping and need to run home, you can.
  • No blockage from other houses, instead you have a clear mountain side pass on your door and a clear rear garden.
start bid - 700k
buyout - 1.5m (I may lower this if needed but I'm not 100% sure on pricing)

50k increments

sold an 18x18 for 1.8 mil last week, all depends on the buyer. 1mil is not a stretch, quit trolling psymon

Thanks for the input guys, I'll consider your thoughts but for now I'll see how it goes and possibly drop the buyout tomorrow if there isn't much action on this.
