Weapons\Armors property

Since i started do t-maps I wonder which are the "must to have" and "good" properties of armors and weapons..cause i identify A LOT of things and i don't know what to take or what to trash

First....
take all of it from chest.
Keep....
Armor - Invul and Fortification
Weps - Vanquish and Power
the rest, sell to NPC

Items crafted with runic hammers are obviously much better, these are the standard minimum properties. I'm not sure on the exact calculation, but for example, if you see a [insert random weapon here] that is made of colored metal with these properties, they will have a significant increase in damage vs the same weapon made of iron. Same goes for armor, be it plate, or leather.

Let me expand on what @Vince[Tharakus] said.

ok so @Keltonator is an asshole and beat me to it let me revise

You can keep force for pvm

If you pvp I would use power +20 or 25 or vanq +15 or better.

I would keep bone for dexxers.

Yeah, bone is great. It's ar properties are between that of standard leather armor and plate, and it still has no dex loss. So if you find some good bone armor, you're in bidness.

I have another question regarding this topic..

which type of armors\weapons with fortification\invul - power\vanq are worth it? I mean, i have tons of tear kite shield or platemail gloves or gnarled staff with these properties and i dont know if it's worth it keeping them..

I hunt and do tmaps alot so the lootage is abundant. I typically wear leather and studded. I keep all Invul and Fort. I use the ones with good bonuses for PvM and the cheaper ones I use for PVP.
This same principle I apply to Power and Vanquish weps.
Everything else I sell to the NPC. You'd be surprised all much it adds up.
As for shields, I sell all to NPC. I dont have parry on any of my toons. Not to mention, its a skill thats lost on this server.
