I am personally obligated to due to my profession, so yes. No one deserves death, I don't even support the death penalty. I was just suggesting what I believe would happen based on smaller instances that i have experienced in my life.

Well see now that's a much better way of commenting on the situation than you previously did.
It's easy to mistake "that dickless loser would get his brains smashed on all the ground"' as a cry for blood, not so much the rational and calm statement you just posted.
And I agree with you, going around in public blasting what he said on the shard would in all probability would result in some sort of mob mentality taking over and people pouncing on him.
It's an emotionally charged statement meant to get a rise out of people. Actually getting emotionally charged and angry is exactly what that person wants and by succumbing to those emotions is giving that person exactly what they want so we should strive to rise above and show them a better way.
