Sheep

For the love of god, kill your sheep. They spawn ready to be shorn and much faster than the wool will grow back on its own. If you sheer a sheep, kill it. There is nothing more disheartening to noob tailor than wandering aimlessly and FINALLY stumbling upon a sheep, only to find some clown sheered it and didnt have the decency to kill it! Common courtesy folks, since the inception of UO. KILL YOUR SHEEP!

Am i missing something. Are you sheering sheep for wool to make cloth. Isnt it easier and less troublesome just go buy bolts of cloth. 100 yards for 75-100 gold. Or is there another reason to sheer sheep for wool

its all about the nostalgia of sheering that sexy sheep. and who knows, something else might happen during that encounter.

I heard some of the offspring from these promiscuous sheep actually live at the bottom of the Britain well.

Here is one captured with a Lord British XLR 2100 DSLR lurking behind the tailor shop.

LOLZ... Now everyone is going to remember to kill their sheep, once theyve had whatever way with them they want. Correct?

Yes there are. That being said, there is no excuse to leave a sheep breathing once its shorn.
I can't help but think you have some sinister ulterior motive, like those cows in the "Eat Chicken" campaigns.

(Also, the people shearing and not killing probably are newbies and haven't found the forums yet. I bet most people in here just buy their cloth in bolts as it's faster and less time consuming then turning into a livestock farmer. And that time translates into much more gold while farming.)
