I just wanted to spend a few minutes and give Faytality the proper praise she deserves following her recent design of my 30x30 plot.
It's important to note that I only knew *of* her and didn't really know her ingame having only bumped into her a couple times.
To anyone who owns a custom plot, be it 7x7 all the way to 30x30, and is looking for that extra help to design it, this lady is a total pro.
I sent her a pm asking her to design my 30x30 and only gave her a few of my own ideas. You agree on a fee, transfer the ownership and pay design cost + fee at the end.
I transferred the plot, all my rares & collectibles and in less than a week she's transferred everything back and even added basic deco from her own pocket. I encourage anyone who's traded with her to share and promote her work!
