Trying to GM lock picking question

Hello everyone,

I recently bought a Lockpicking kit from the Mall in upper part of Moonglow where the mages shop and teleporter is. However I am stuck at 85 skill right now and it wont let me do the GM lock box yet. Could anyone tell me where I can get a lock box for 85 to 95? I am not sure if the guy who owns that vendor knows this but the kit doesn't work . Spent my last gold on it too.

Maybe this is/was old superstition. I was stuck around that level. I went to town and let myself be guard whacked. Gains started back up. Can't hurt to try if you are stuck.

I think the problem is that they changed the skill level you can attempt to unlock GM boxes. Because all the kits I have seen take you to about 80 - 85 then have you work on the GM box. However my GM box gives me the error message that it cannot be manipulated. Does anyone have a 90-95 tinker skilled box I could use/buy?

I recently bought a kit from the same vendor in moonglow and ran into the same issue. The GM box give me the "You don't see how that lock can be manipulated error message."
