Hello people of the crafting world!

What is your BOD-runner setup? How dedicated are you?

Myself, I have 6 guys collecting BOD's at the moment. When / if I get rich enough to buy more character slots there will probably one or two more guys for BOD's.

Skill set are as follow:

3x at 80.1
2x at 100
1x at 120 (in the process, cant seem to get the +105 scroll.. :D )

Since I've started collecting BOD's some weeks ago I've only got half good ones. Then yesterday I suddenly pulls 3 good ones in a row. I've been doing BOD's for a long long time, both on OSI and then on UOG and also here last time around and I know BOD's are extremely streaky.

Back in the day on uoforever I had 5 accounts (logged in via neighboring appartments open wifi) with 5 gm smith/tailors per account and used to run a script in delucia to login each char on each account, pathfind to the tailor and smith, run a macro to buy/sell/accept bod and pathfind back to the inn. Even then I never got enough to get a verite or val hammer after thousands of bods.

I just started here so only have 1 gm smith/tailor, and probably will only make 1-2 more. But with low pop it's so hard to buy/sell to complete suits to get good shit I probably won't invest much to it.

absolutly waste of time bods here, you make some money with cloths back in the days actually only with fallon but nothing you cant do in 3h of farming with a provo archer

True, but farming is only one aspect of the game and not everyone enjoys pressing hot keys for "all kill" all day. Some of us enjoys the very powerfull "last object" + target ground combo to mine ingots or just the infinite crafting of skullcaps to sell to vendors to get that BOD ;)

BODs are far from a waste of time lol

Most of year one I was scrolling my first crafter and it took maybe six months to get to 120/120. Then after about a year I made my 2nd and 3rd runner pretty close together. Combined it's like I have more or less been pulling maybe just under twice a day on average with one crafter for ten years. Somewhere between 10k-15k deeds.

It has been fantastic gold for the effort.

Got the scrolls lying around for a fourth and I think I've chosen the character I'm going to trash to make him.

I have a UOSteam macro that clicks/doubleclicks the screen for you - here's an old video of it. If anybody wants it I'll just post it here.

Unless you're afraid of wear and tear damages on your mouse arm, that macro is only a few seconds quicker than I am doing it manually.
The "BOD-getting" vendor sell/vendor buy stuff would be much faster if the buy/sell agents worked.

Yes, this was to spare myself all the double-clicking. I'd rather have a sell-agent type macro as well.
I noticed with razor here the sell agent is blocked and can't be used, UOSteam any dfferent?

I made a macro to click the npc and click sell it brings up the sell menu but the macro won't record actually clicking an item and selecting the sell button. I could do it with AutoHotkey but it's technically not allowed.
