Is the max character count on OUF different than normal UO? I currently have three characters and while trying to create another my UO just hangs at "creating character". I've tried multiple times with the same result. Thanks.

3. You can purchase additional slots for 1m gold.

You can have 3 accounts per IP with 3 characters per...you can then purchase the additional character slots for 1m per for a total or 7 characters per account and 21 characters total.
