Gold Sink Talisman - Eats Filled BoDs to level - Runic Tools receive bonuses if used

Slayer Crafting: 10 levels - Each level adds .3% chance to craft a slayer (still only applies in Brit Crafting Area) at level 10, 3% chance to craft a slayer (added to Brit Crafting chance).
So at 100 crafting + level 10 = 4% and 120 crafting + level 10 = 5% chance (if used with a Runic Tool, guaranteed slayer at level 10 [10% per level]?)

Extra Crafting: 10 levels - Each level adds .2% chance to double craft last crafted item (scrolls included). Is not a copy (or maybe it is) and has it's own chance to be a slayer (if a weapon and done in Brit Crafting). At level 10, 2% chance to double craft (Runic Tools increase this chance up to 10% [or .8 per level]?). Can proc while in a house

Free Crafting: 10 levels - Each level adds .5% chance to use no resources in next craft (can proc Extra Crafting?). At level 10, 5% chance for a resource free craft (Possibly not using a Runic Tool charge [1% per level]?). Can proc while in a house

Runic Crafting: 10 levels - Each level adds .1% chance to craft a runic modified weapon or armor, no runic hammer/tailoring kit needed. At level 10, 1% chance for runic modifier. Iron would only be able to get up to Ruin/Accurate/Durable (only 2) and Valorite would only be able to get up to Force/Eminently Accurate/Massive (only 2). Armor only up to Massive. Stacks with runic tools, giving a chance to bump to the next level. Example: If the Dull Copper Runic Hammer's highest modifier is Might, there is a chance to bump to Force or add an extra modifier.

Just thought of what each level of the actual talisman can do:
6 minute reduction to BoD availability per level, 1 hour at level 10.
