You Attacked Me and your're not Grey and I can't give you a count!

Hi to the community and to staff.

Hopefully staff will engage in reading this short thread post.

I know there have been some talks within the community about a boat issue where players attacking do not turn grey whilst using or on a boat. Actually its been happening for years!

I am unfamiliar really with the logistics of the issue in depth and haven't paid to much attention to the pms or the talks so I can't go into detail so I won't.

I am also in no way targeting any players nor staff in my post here or in my staff request.

I do know it has happened to me for years now without staff fixing this issue where players on a boat do not turn grey and I can not give them a murder count.

I have had players pm me with comments about staff stating to them the abuse of mechanics. The stories I have heard about mechanics being abused reach far beyond just this boating issue.

Can we please have staff just fix this issue.

That's true, they won't be red...but they'll still kill so it doesn't eliminate the root of the "problem". I think PKs are needed, but I hate being the target of them when I'm on a non-combat toon. It really depends on how classy they are about it. It's one thing to kill someone once, it's another to continually kill someone(like a non-combat build) over and over again while they're simply trying to collect resources.
