Lost Meta Pet

Hey everyone. So i just started playing again after a while...maybe close to two years, and I have no idea where my meta mini-dragon is or if i even still have it. I was hoping someone might be able to clarify. I'd post a screenshot, but it's saying my 1mb file is too large.. so this is what the stable master is saying: "{0} remained in the stables because it requires more than 1,000 gp to claim." Sounds like he's saying there is nothing in the stables (i have about 250k in the bank, so it's seems like that might be enough to get it out). I do have a meta stone linked to the pet that brings up its details, but thats about it.

Any help would be appreciated!

Did you have the meta pet balled @fathersuperior ? This is different than the meta stone which shows you the stat details of the meta and its progress to level.

The pet ball is a ball with rechargeable charges that you can use to summon the meta pet back to you.

Thanks for the reply Morgy! I'm guessing that I did not...especially since i don't see one in this characters inventory. Difficult to remember certain things since it was a while ago, and i can barely remember what happened last week!

Sorry to hear @fathersuperior. The pet ball is as essential as the meta pet itself especially on this server. Once you obtain a new meta/dragon egg keep that in the bank, at that time as well purchase a pet ball immediately. The link that meta immediately to that ball.

A note to remember as well that if you change the meta pet's name you will need to relink that pet ball to that meta.

I dont mind goin around farming with you we can pool the gold together from all kills and you can keep my portion for the new meta fund.

Update: I attempted to claim pets from the stable master while 3 of my 5 follower slots were taken, and he said the following: "Glaurung (the name of my meta dragon) remained in the stables because you have too many followers." So sounds like he's not missing after all, but stuck in the stables. Please advise - anyone!

you probably need more gold in your bank.. Try getting like 1 mil and see what it says

Figured it out! Didn't know "claim list" was a thing :p
Showed that i owed 15,600 gp and i clicked on the icon and got him back! I had just attempted with a million gp, and was thinking he might just be stuck in the stables forever. Thanks for the help!
