Item Details: Potentially one of the rarest wearables with one of the coolest backstories in the game. In 2013 when "Dedicated Citizen" blaze sashes were given as a handout, they were initially "cuttable" and would yield 1 yard of blaze cloth. A few clever UOF Sosarian Citizens discovered this and began accumulating to craft blaze clothing which staff at the time never wanted as it is technically neon pixel crack that has nothing to do with talent or gameplay. Rumor has it a robe was crafted and Shane deleted it because he didnt want loud blaze clothing distracting true gameplay, and immediately made all "Dedicated Citizen" sashes uncuttable. A lucky few were able to craft rare skullcaps from 2 yards that will never be available again that staff let slide. For you ballers out there who like to status flex rares to never return, this is an item you should consider in your permanent collection.
