A lvl 4 no relic Def tali is very good for destard, easy to reach lvl 6 just farming there so other than chance for relics is also a good way to train talis

Def tali is the best for farming Crystals in destard, you are basically invul and running throught mobs is not a problem but a big problems for pk so its easy not only surviving but even killing pks thanks to dragons.
