Congrats! Tread is a fun relic :) The best relic to start with is Double Strike. As far as I know Tread doesn't give you XP when it triggers, so unfortunately it won't be a great help for levelling but it will give you a good damage output.

I think the consistent highest-scorers are melee zerkers. Once you get the hang of the mechanics and how to work with others, you can get some big scores really quickly. In a quick fight, zerkers will win. Over the course of a long and complicated fight, you might find some meta mages come out...

Each account needs to have over 1200 points to place, so you will need 2 characters on every account that you want to place a house on. It looks like you have passed the account time requirement on both accounts.
