Murdering the innocent is against Britannia law, fiend; killing murderers however is very much encouraged by law.
There is a law system in place. Bounty hunting is for the law, murdering is against the law.
If you can't handle that, UO isn't the game for you.

You've been...
I had a ship in a hidden place, but it's not there. That's not the issue exactly, I expect it was shot down, or IDOC'd, but what is the issue is that the boat is not in my bank; it's been erased.
I still have the ship runes (which should have de-spawned) and the bank is minus one small boat by...
Welcome back!
You came back as a good time; the staff has been leading up to a massive content update called, 'Kingdoms'.
Not sure what it is, they've been very tight-lipped about it, but it's PvP oriented and sounds very cool from what we know.
There's currently a massive allied force...

That would be what anyone would suspect; that is how stealth works (can't drop Hide below 80 even after GM'ing. Though... I never personally tested it).
You could test it by first dropping Detect Hidden since it's so easy to GM anyways. If it works without one it'll likely work without both...
Don't get me wrong, I was trying to corner the market.... probably *evil grin*

Yes.
He means those red arcane symbols that monsters sometimes drop. There's a special kind of forge (soul forge? I'm not sure) to make slayer armor.
Slayer armor works like slayer weapons; instead of doing double damage (weapon) the armor would reduce all damage from a monster type: Dragon...
Can we take a moment to appreciate that the people that say tamers should deal with stat-loss and should buy scrolls even though pets have slow gains, are the same people that say murderers should not have perma-loss because skill scrolls are expensive even though player skill gain is fast...
To use 'Remove Traps'
You need 50 Lockpicking AND Detect Hidden; you can't even begin to train Remove Traps without both of those skills.
However, you can (if you choose) to drop one or both skills after training Remove Traps to the desired level.
