Thanks! I messaged Mista but got no response. I just pulled all his great mods out from his last packs & put them into the updated ones. I didn't make any of the mods, hence the creds to other peeps who did. I just compiled the shit. (I did try to shrink lvl 8s... and faild :( )

I believe Akur has the first blue one, which was sold originally in an auction with the other rare colors (like pink I think?).
